Kristina Carruth is the Founder and CEO of KC Marketing Management, specializing in strategic storytelling, brand development, digital marketing, and community engagement. With a background in marketing and communications, and as a former collegiate athlete, she is passionate about empowering women through sports and helping brands, athletes, and organizations build meaningful connections, elevate their visibility, and drive long-term growth.
Through her women’s sports storytelling platform, “This Is Her,” Kristina focuses on helping female athletes and brands connect beyond the game by creating authentic, personality-driven content that highlights who athletes are behind the jersey. Her work blends branding, storytelling, media strategy, and partnership development to create impactful narratives that resonate with audiences and open doors for meaningful brand opportunities.
