Kristina Carruth is a Marketing & Communications professional with a proven track record of elevating brands through strategic storytelling, digital content, and community-centered engagement. With experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, government, small business, and sports industries, Kristina brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and execution to every project.

She currently serves in Communications & Community Affairs for the City of Ocoee, where she leads public messaging, manages community partnerships, and supports citywide initiatives. Beyond government communications, Kristina owns KC Marketing Management, a full-service marketing consultancy supporting growing businesses and organizations with many avenues of marketing including content creation, branding, social media strategy, and event coverage.

Her background includes digital strategy, content development, copywriting, social media management, nonprofit marketing leadership, and campaign execution for brands including Fravel Brewer Orthodontics, Jet’s Pizza, The Backyard, and the Girls Basketball Worldwide Foundation. A former collegiate athlete herself, Kristina is also passionate about sports media, women’s sports advocacy, and community engagement. Driven by creativity, connection, and purpose, Kristina uses marketing as a tool to amplify stories, elevate communities, and help organizations grow with intention.
